Who we are

EVOmedia Pty Ltd (EVOmedia) is an Australian marketing agency. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number if you supply it, and the details of your enquiry.

We also collect standard analytics information about site usage — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about it
  • To provide services if we go on to work together
  • To improve this website and understand how it is used
  • To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations

We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without asking, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use third-party providers to operate the site and our business — website hosting, form handling, email, analytics and cloud storage. These providers may store data outside Australia. We share information with them only to the extent needed to deliver those functions.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or with your consent.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies for analytics and, where advertising is running, for measurement of our own campaigns. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and for any period required by law, after which it is deleted.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@evomedia.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated.
